There is so much I need to say about the Swirl Abaya Set!!!!
Firstly, the sizing was surprisingly on point. I often avoid buying abayas online because I’m worried about the fit not being right. I’m usually 53” in length, but since that wasn’t an option I opted for 54”. It was perfect!!! Since it’s an open abaya, the width and all that was perfect because it just flows behind me. The shoulder and arm fitting was perfect.
Secondly, THE YELLOW IS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL SHADE! Exactly as you see in the pics online. I love, love, love it! I got a compliment today when I wore it to a shaadi that it gives summer vibes. ☀️Speaking of shaadi; if you’re an abaya girlie or aspire to be one, it’s beautiful to wear to a formal event or a really fancy outing/date night.
Thirdly, the stitching is so clean and perfect. The cloth is SO SOFT and flowy. It is NOT transparent. It didn’t come with an inner, so I wore a white inner since it’s an open abaya.
Lastly, I love that it comes with a matching hijab. It’s made from the exact same cloth so it’s an EXACT match. As a hijab the cloth can feel a bit too thick and it doesn’t sit that nicely around my face. It’s also much smaller than the hijabs I usually wear, but I guess it’s the length and width that girls these days like for the hijab styles that are trending (I don’t follow hijab trends; I like to wear my hijab with full coverage). I would still continue to wear it though as I love that it’s an exact match for the abaya.
Overall, I’m so impressed with how this abaya looks and feels, and the quality is amazing. I’d love to see more colours available in the future!
