  • Orders placed during any sale or promotionsĀ can only be cancelled before fulfillment. In such cases, refunds will be issued exclusively as store credit. Refunds to the original payment source will not be entertained under any circumstances.   • For COD orders: Dispatch will happen within 48 hours of order confirmation via phone call.

  • After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3ā€“7 working days, unless there's a courier delay.

  • If the order is not getting attempted or delayed, please reach outā€”we will ensure it is delivered or reshipped.

  • Orders below ā‚¹798: ā‚¹150 shipping charge applies.

  • Orders above ā‚¹798: Free shipping.

šŸ’ø COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

  • COD is available for orders up to ā‚¹5000.

  • A COD charge of ā‚¹150 will apply.

  • A confirmation on call is required before dispatch. You should receive a call within 24 hours of placing the order. If you miss the call or donā€™t receive it due to any issue, you can call us back on our Customer Care number during our working hours (mentioned below) to confirm your order.

  • Orders will only be dispatched after confirmation.

  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to COD being disabled for future orders.

šŸ§¾ Partial COD Orders

  • Available for orders above ā‚¹798.

  • Pay ā‚¹300 advance at checkout, and the rest upon delivery.

  • No shipping or COD charges apply.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. If cancelled after dispatch, the ā‚¹300 advance will be non-refundable.

  • If the order is refused or cancelled at the time of delivery, the order will be marked cancelled and the ā‚¹300 will not be refunded.
