Our Refund Policy is applicable in case:
- Of damaged or faulty products
- If wrong product(s) are delivered
- Order is cancelled before dispatch
Cash on Delivery orders: will only be refunded in the form of store credit or a voucher which will be emailed to your registered email address. The pickup cost of ₹150 will be deducted from the value of products you have returned.
Prepaid orders via debit card, credit card or net banking: or any other method using our payment gateway partner can be refunded back in the payment method used originally by you or in the form of store credit/store voucher as per your choice. The amount is normally credited back in your account within 8-12 working days depending on your bank/financial institution. The pickup cost of ₹150 will be deducted from your refund amount.
For any order that was not delivered: refund will be processed only on confirmation that the product was not delivered to you and you choose to take a refund.
For international order returns: the customer must pay the shipping charges (inclusive of customs duty or any other charges that may apply) for the product to be shipped back to our Indian Warehouse. The refund will be processed once we’ve received our product.
For orders placed through gift certificates or cards: refund would be provided in the form of a new gift certificate/ card for the same value.
Once an order is returned, our team will be in touch in order to process your refund, this may take upto 2 weeks.
Any products bought on sale/ discount or via the COD option of payment will not be refunded and can only be exchanged
