How long does delivery take in India?

Our standard delivery time for orders within India is approximately 4-5 working days, unless otherwise specified. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Currently, our business does not offer a cash on delivery (COD) payment option. Return & Exchange

What is your return/exchange policy?

Exchange/Return

You can write us an email on help@modestessential.com with your order number and the reason for Exchanged/Returned. Our team will get back to you within 24-48 hours to help you process your return.


Terms :


    •        Timeframe: Orders can be exchanged or returned within 7 days from the date of receipt. Any requests received after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

    •        Sale Items: Products purchased during a sale can only be exchanged or refunded in the form of a gift card. The gift card issued would be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

  • Flash Sale Items: Products purchased during a flash sale will not be exchanged or refunded.


    •        Condition of Returned Product: If there are visible signs of wear, washing, or any other defect on the product, the product will be shipped back to the customer, and the refund/exchange will not be processed.

    •        Return Pickup: To initiate a return pickup, please contact our customer support team. Our team will schedule a convenient pickup time and provide instructions for packaging the item securely. Please ensure that the product is in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

When will I receive my Refund?

Your refund will be initiated within 24-48 hours after we receive the product in our warehouse. Return pick up

 Return Pickup:

    •        Reverse pickups are available for your convenience but are generated at an additional cost of Rs.150. To arrange a reverse pickup, please get in touch with our customer support team. They will assist you in scheduling the pickup and guide you through the process.


          International Order Returns:

    •        For international orders, kindly note that the customer is responsible for covering the shipping charges. This includes the cost of shipping the product back to our Indian Warehouse and any associated charges such as customs duties or other fees that may apply.

       

    •        Once we receive the returned product at our Indian Warehouse, our team will initiate the refund process. The refund amount will be based on the terms and conditions of our return policy.
