Ordering
What size should I buy?
If you’re unsure about which size to order, please refer to the size charts available on each product page to help you make the best choice.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. However, once the order is shipped, we will no longer be able to cancel it.
Shipping
Do you offer Cash On Delivery?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD). However, we hope to introduce this option for our customers soon.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

We have a store located in Bandra, Mumbai. For any location-related queries, feel free to call us at 8169396584.
What are the timings for the store
Our store in is open from 11-8:30PM,Monday-Sunday.
General Queries
When will a particular product get restocked?
To receive updates on product restocking, simply click on 'Notify Me' on the product page and opt in for notifications. You'll be informed via email as soon as the product is back in stock.
How many days will it take for my order to be delivered?
The order usually takes 2-5 working days to reach all the metros and tier I cities, however for some pin codes it might take a little more time.
How will I know if my order is placed?
Once your order is confirmed you will receive a mail on your registered Mail ID.
Do you take wholesale orders?
Currently, we do not deal in wholesale orders, but we are exploring opportunities to grow Modest Essentials internationally. We will only consider wholesale orders for international markets at this time. If you have a proposal in mind, feel free to email us at abdullah@modestessential.com.
Return & Exchange
Within how many days of purchase can I return/exchange the order?
Return request needs to be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.
Which products are not applicable for a return?
Products bought in sale can't be returned.
