Return Policy

 

  • Returns are accepted within 24 hours after the product has been received. 
  • If there are visible signs of wear, washing or any other defect on the product, the product will be shipped back to the customer and the refund/ exchange will not be processed.
  • Rs. 150 will be charged to the customer for the reverse pickup.
  • For international order returns, the customer must pay the shipping charges (inclusive of customs duty or any other charges that may apply)  for the product to be shipped back to our Indian Warehouse. The refund will be processed once we’ve received our product.

The material details are mentioned on the product page! We use the highest quality of material to deliver you the best comfort.

Currently we don't offer any type of customisation for our products. You can however, get it customised from your end if you wish for it. Product can not be returned or exchanged after you customise it.

Cash on delivery is currently only available in Mumbai. We charge extra for COD orders.

Currently we only sell our products online and we don't have a physical shop.

Once your order has been shipped out you will get the tracking details via email and whatsapp message/text message.

Hijabs are not included with the products. We offer a variety of hijabs and you can choose to buy the one that goes perfectly with the outfit.
