No response from support

I placed an order in error for only top instead of full set. I immediately notices it and sent a mail for modifying the order sadly no response. I alo called the support number. The lady said, she call check nd call back but no response... I have now received the order no 31892. Please send me the modified order of full set. Only rop doesn't help. I ordered this for my Umrah trip. Kindly respect the need and accomodate my request. I have no placed a request for return and there is no response...
